Catering Policy

We're excited to bring our award-winning barbecue and sides to your event! To keep everything clear and stress-free, here's what you can expect when booking catering with us.

South Texas Stampede Catering Guidelines

Booking Deadlines

• Catering events must be booked at least 14 days in advance so we can source fresh ingredients and plan accordingly.
• Requests made with less than 14 days' notice may not be accepted or may be limited in menu and availability.

Minimum Orders

• We require a 20-guest (20 plate) minimum for catering.
• Each plate typically includes an entrée, a side, and a drink.

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is due at booking and is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid 3 business days before your event.
• Payments are securely processed through our booking system.

Guest Count Confirmation

• Final guest count is due 7 business days before your event.
• Increasing the count after this deadline may incur additional costs and depends on availability.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days before: Deposit is retained, but other payments will be refunded.
• Within 7 days of event: All payments, including deposit, are non-refundable.
• If STS cancels: You'll receive a full refund.

Food Handling

• Food should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery unless kept properly heated or refrigerated.
• After delivery, STS is not responsible for food safety if food is left out beyond this window.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide venue access, any permits, and required utilities (like electrical outlets, water supply).
• Notify us of any allergies or dietary needs when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
